What is coaching?

ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as a “Partnering with clients in a thought provoking & creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal & professional potential.

It works on the premise that every human has immeasurable resources of energy, wisdom, ability & genius waiting to be set in motion, consequently the client is perfectly complete & capable to device his/her own solution for their respective goals.

A coach’s role is to aid the client to utilize his/her inner resources, to facilitate change & realize their true possibilities.

Why the need of coaching?

Coaching is the universal language of change & learning.

If you have never changed your mind about some fundamental tenet of your belief, if you have never questioned the basics on which you built the premise of your perception, and if you have no wish to do so, then you are likely not learning & growing in your life.

When an Organization or an individual becomes aware of the idea, that “There’s more growing to be done”, coaching comes as a tool to unlock their true potential & aid them in becoming their most resourceful version.

How it works

I work with both Individuals & Corporates. The first step is to book the initial FREE DISCOVERY SESSION. This conversation may last 20 minutes to 120 minutes. You’ll tell me more about why you want coaching & what kind of support you are looking for.

For Individuals

We’ll discuss where your life is today, what changes you want to make, goals you want to achieve, and about the lifestyle you ultimately want for yourself.

For Corporates

We’ll discuss the goal & desired outcome of coaching intervention. I work on coaching assignments which involves helping team managers transition to Mid-senior level executives, bringing behavioral transformation & leadership effectiveness.

If both parties feel that we are a good match for coaching I will propose the best coaching options that will be most ideal for your situation, and the most strategic way forward so that you can start getting the results you want as soon as possible.

My coaching engagements range from 3 to 12 months. We’ll have regular, typically fortnightly sessions that are either face-to-face or via video/phone calls. During the time we work together, I would also be your accountability partner in between the sessions. 

There is no hard selling. On the contrary, if I don’t see that you’d gain much more as return on your investment, I won’t agree to coach you.

Change presents us with two choices – REPEAT or EVOLVE.

Repeating yields same results, hence limiting.

When we are able to no longer change the situation & neither repeat success, “Evolving” is the only way forward.
